Banana Fritters
Ingredients:
5 bananas (Any suitable bananas for frying.) - peeled, thinly sliced lengthwise
1/2 cup rice flour
2 tbsp plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp plain flour

1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp lime water (air kapuh sirih) or lye water
6 tbsp water

Method:
- Sift rice flour, plain flour and baking powder together in the mixing bowl. Add salt, sugar, and gradually add water & lime water & mix well to create a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip banana slices in the batter and deep fry them until golden brown. Serve hot.
oh wow... u just reminded me i haven't had goring pisang for a long long time!!! the lion roars for one now!
